Update to v4

Version 4 Ironspheres has been released!

• This includes a reworking of the magic effects to be more in-line with the Ascension and less with Awakening.
• Content was added to help explain balancing your character(s) against other threats.
• An Ironsworn Delve card has been added to to the assets. This Theme card is appropriate to pair with any Domain where your character might encounter the sorts of things that sphere mages are usually responsible for.
