v1.2 release

Version 1.2 is released!

This expands on the Paradox mechanic to explain what it is and how it operates.

I've also introduced some truth tables. One table determines how mages come to be (Do they study for it? Is it destiny? Does it run in the family?) Another table determines how strongly mages are affected by paradox (Is it a weak force? Mages will be more blatant about their work.)
