Version 3.1 adds in some new rules and fixes a couple of typos from version 3
- Fixes an overrun issue with the Prime Apprentice asset.
- Added rules for crossing the gauntlet, going distances with Correspondence, and reaching into the timeline with Time.
- Added rules for counterspelling
- Notes that the Spirit world setting is optional
