This is really awesome! I haven't seen any other faction supplement include "Failings." I feel like this supplement comes at it from the perspective of a group you'd want to be part of, rather than a troublesome group or one you're in direct opposition to.
Right on the nose. This generates factions that a character might want to join, or factions that a character might otherwise be well aware of. I'm sure there are other supplements that quickly generate some opposition group, but this creates a group that you would know pretty well.
